I’m Jordan, a personal trainer specializing in women’s health, strength training, and conditioning. Meet Your Coach

Jordan Husar is a Certified Personal Trainer and founder of Valor & Grace Strength. She started Valor & Grace Strength during the COVID-19 pandemic to continue bringing workouts to clients everywhere. Since then it has grown into not only a personal training company but a global brand and community for those with performance and aesthetic goals.

She has years of experience working with athletes, and weekend warriors alike, both in-person and remotely. She thrives on educating and empowering others (especially women!) to execute best practices for sustainable results no matter the athlete’s goal.

Jordan utilizes her personal experience in competitive powerlifting and Muay Thai to build programs, resources, and protocols that are tried and true.
