1. Enroll in VGS Coaching.
Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll receive an email to set up your personal VGS Online Coaching account via Trainerize.
2. Fill out your questionnaires.
After you set up your account, you’ll receive an email to complete an intake questionnaire. Share your goals, schedule, ability level, history, and preferences with your coach so she can help tailor your program to your needs.
3. Meet your coach.
Once you’ve completed your questionnaires, you’ll meet your VGS Coach who specializes in working with women.
4. Receive your workout program.
After you’ve met your coach and your questionnaires have been reviewed, you’ll get a training program designed specifically to fit your schedule, ability level, and goals.

Each training program is designed specifically for each individual based on what equipment is available to you, and your ability level. If you are new to resistance training, working out from home may be beneficial however, eventually as your strength progresses full gym access will be required to continue making progress.

Our area of expertise is resistance training so expect to be lifting weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. There may be some HIIT and cardio portions but each program is goal dependent. If your goal or circumstances change at any time during your program, we can make modifications to meet your needs.

The sweet spot for most women tends to be anywhere from 2 to 4 resistance training sessions per week, depending on your unique lifestyle, how much sleep you’re getting, if your stress levels are well-managed, etc.
How often you exercise is based on your training program and schedule — but the choice is ultimately up to you. You’ll get more information once you enroll in the coaching program.
